As a service-based company, ASIT provides customised digital and engineering solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients. Due to the nature of our services, all sales are final. Once a service has been purchased, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or returns.

All services provided by ASIT, including but not limited to software development, website and application builds, platform maintenance, and other engineering services, are non-refundable. This policy applies to all clients, regardless of the circumstances.

Exceptions

In exceptional cases, where ASIT is unable to deliver the agreed-upon services due to unforeseen circumstances or failure on our part, we may offer a partial or full refund at our sole discretion. Such cases will be evaluated on an individual basis.

If you believe that you have been charged in error or if there is a dispute regarding the services provided, please contact us within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review your case and provide a response within a reasonable time frame.
